By booking with Nusuk Tour and Travel, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings depend on availability.
- A deposit or full payment is required at booking.
- Prices are subject to change and shown in applicable currency.
2. Passport, Visa & Documentation
- Valid passport (6+ months) is required.
- We help with visa applications but are not responsible for approvals.
3. Health & Insurance
- Clients must be medically fit.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.
4. Changes & Cancellations by Client
- Written notice is required for changes.
- Additional charges may apply.
5. Changes & Cancellations by Us
- We may cancel or reschedule due to emergencies.
- Clients will get a refund or alternate option.
6. Code of Conduct
- Clients must follow local laws and rules.
- Misconduct may result in removal without refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for personal loss, injury, or delays beyond our control.
