Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

| < 72 hours | No refund |
Visa fees, tickets, hotels, and service charges are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Us
If we cancel due to emergencies, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund (minus unrecoverable fees).
3. Delays & Missed Departures
We are not responsible for issues due to flights, visas, illness, or no-shows.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
